Help hungry Colonial students with a donation to CSDEF for Giving Tuesday
Through the generosity of the Colonial Community, the Colonial School District Education Foundation has been able to help hundreds of hungry children in the Colonial School District. And now that bucket needs to be refilled for us to be able to continue our efforts.

Leading up to Giving Tuesday on December 3, we are only a quarter of the way to our initial annual campaign goal of $10,000. That number is special, because every donation up to that $10,000 is worth double, thanks to a matching grant from Firstrust Bank.
Since Food For Thought began two years ago, we have been able to:
-
Pay for more than 5,000 lunches for students whose families just miss the cutoff for free and reduced lunch.
-
Devote $16,000 to food for families over the weekends.
-
Cover meals for students in the District's summer programs.
With more than one in four Colonial students qualifying for free or reduced lunch and more students on the cusp, food insecurity remains a serious issue for many of our children.
With your support, we’re proud to meet this most basic need and help these students thrive.
Please help us make a difference. Click here to donate.
