Mr. Jeff Blizzard

Mr. Blizzard joined the Colonial School District in 1997. He is the coach of the Bowling Team as well as the sponsor of the Ski Club. Jeff also coached the freshman softball team for several years. He enjoys the beach, motorcycling, team sports and spending time with his family and friends.

Ms. Caitlin Parenti

Mrs. Parenti joined the Counseling Department in 2024. After teaching middle school math in Massachusetts and later in Paoli, PA, she decided to become a school counselor. Her big passion is to help students develop their "toolbox" of strategies that will equip them to navigate not only high school but also their future endeavors. Outside of school, she enjoys cooking, running, and spending time with her husband and two children

Mr. Christopher Jackson

Prior to joining the Counseling Department in 2023, Mr. Jackson was a middle school counselor at Perkiomen Valley Middle School East and a 2008 graduate of Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. He enjoys collecting sports cards, playing basketball, and spending time with his daughter. 

Mrs. Peggy Benn

Mrs. Benn joined the Counseling Department in 2005. Previously, she worked at The Shipley School where she taught health and coached cross country, golf and softball. 

Mr. M.J. Grourke

Mr. Grourke has been with PW since 1993. He served as an assistant football coach for many years and had a brief stint as an assistant baseball coach. He is currently the 9th grade Athletic Director and sponsors the PWHS Fly Fishing Club. Mr. Grourke enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys in their Upper Bucks County home. His hobbies include fly fishing, coaching youth sports and spending time in the great outdoors.

Mrs. Beth Lynch

Mrs. Lynch joined the Plymouth Whitemarsh staff in time for the 2018-19 school year. She had seven years of counseling experience in the Unionville-Chadds Ford and Council Rock School Districts. Mrs. Lynch also has experience as an English teacher and field hockey and lacrosse coach.

Mrs. Cornielle joined the Counseling Department in 2024. Prior to that, she was at CMS for four years and worked for many years as a social worker with the homeless population of Montgomery County. Mrs. Cornielle loves working with students and helping them work on positive coping skills and navigating life's stressors. When not in school, Mrs. Cornielle enjoys playing pickleball, watching movies, being at the beach and most importantly, spending time with her family. 

Mrs. Tracy Borkowski

Mrs. Borkowski joined the Counseling Department in 2023. Prior to that, she was a counselor in Norristown School District, along with working at numerous mental health programs. She is an alumni of PW (class of 2004). She lives in Conshohocken with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, especially at the beach, reading and cooking.

Ms. Bridget Budwell

Counseling Support Staff (grades 9-10)

Mrs. Budwell is the secretary in the Counseling Center. Please contact Mrs. Budwell if you have any questions about 9th and 10th grade students. She also handles all transcript requests for Plymouth Whitemarsh alumni. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mrs. Budwell currently resides with her husband and three children in Plymouth Meeting.

Mrs. Kara Marsico
