Sports Forms and Information
Both Plymouth Whitemarsh High School and Colonial Middle School are now using Arbiter for parents/guardians to complete and upload all PIAA paperwork. Families will need to create a family account on Arbiter to upload paperwork.
- All Winter sport athletes will need to register on Arbiter (which is the new platform that took over Big Teams).
- If you played a Fall sport you will need to sign into Arbiter and complete the Winter registration. All returning athletes, your information from Fall season registration should transfer to the Winter registration (inclusive of your physical and baseline proof), but you will have to complete the section 7 questions and signatures.
- If Winter is your first sports season of the school year, you will need to create an account on Arbiter.
- In order to complete your registration, you will need to have your PIAA section 6 physical completed (must be dated 5/1/2026 or later) and a snapshot of the completion screen for your ImpACT baseline test which you will upload to the registration page. You only need to take a baseline once a year, therefore all Fall athletes have already completed this.
Arbiter opens for PWHS Winter Sports registration on 10/15/2026 and closes 11/24/2026. All winter sports registrations must be submitted before Arbiter closes.
To guarantee your registration gets reviewed before the first day of preseason at PWHS, the registration must be completed by 11/12/2026.
